We love living in the Mill District because of its walkability and its beauty. We love being able to walk our dog along the gorgeous Mississippi River, The Stone Bridge and Gold Medal Park, as well as walking to events at U.S. Bank Stadium, plays at the Guthrie and the Saturday’s Farmers Market. It’s a great community to be a part of.

— Loren Sinning and Peg Roessler, Mill District Residents

Living in the North Star Lofts since the late 1990s I can tell you this area has become a transformation into something that is truly the center of urban living in downtown Minneapolis.

— Neal Doughty, Mill District Resident

The Mill District provides the best of downtown living experience with access to offices, restaurants, and entertainment while having Gold Medal Park and the Mississippi as backyard escapes into nature. It simply does not get any better than that. Louie (our seven pound Maltese Yorkie Puppy) agrees.

— Lauren and Joe Jenson, Mill District Residents

In the last few years we have watched the riverfront blossom into the prettiest part of Minneapolis!
